About Back To Basics Soft-Wear
Travis Place, Inc. began in 1983 with the premise that shopping for underwear
is a chore, that it's hard to find something that fits just right, doesn't
grab you where it counts, wears well over time, and is reasonably priced.
And if you're like us and prefer the healthier, breatheable, absorbent
feel of cotton next to your skin--double the chore. The catalog company
closed it's doors in 1993. We founded Back To Basics Soft-Wear, Inc.
in 1995 to keep the spirit of Travis Place alive. In the picturesque
rural farming village of Bahama, NC, the principal of fe-mail order was continued
when Back To Basics was born.
Back to Basics Soft-Wear primarily sells cotton bras. We specialize
in helping you find the right cotton bra for your needs and body type. Our
main interest is comfort--we wear the items we sell, so we know how things
fit and feel and what happens when you use a dryer or wash in hot water by
mistake.
