Our Return Policy
We trust that you will be happy with your purchase and your shopping experience.
Please let us know if you are dissatisfied in any way. If an item does not
fit or is not satisfactory, simply return it to us in new and unused condition
within 30 days. We'll be happy to exchange it or refund your money. Unless
there is a problem with your order, delivery charges are not refundable.
Underpants and special orders can not be returned.
How do you protect my privacy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect information
about you as you use our site. We never share phone numbers, e-mail
addresses or credit card information. We do sometimes share addresses
with likeminded companies who provide similar products of interest. If
you prefer not to be included in any mailings from other companies, please
send an e-mail to
cottonbras@aol.com with the
subject "NO LISTS" and we will not share your name or address with other
companies.
