How long will my order take to arrive?

  • If the items on your order are not in stock at the time your order is placed, there may be a delay of from 5 days to 4 weeks before your order is shipped. We will inform you of the delay by mail.

  • We normally ship First Class Mail via the U.S. Postal Service.  If you request Priority Processing and pay the additional $4.95, your in-stock items will normally be processed and shipped Priority Mail within 48 hours Monday-Friday.  Priority Mail normally takes 2-3 days to arrive after shipment.

  • Non-Priority orders are normally processed and shipped First Class Mail within 4 days.  First Class Mail delivery times can range from 2-10 days, depending on where you live.

  • International shipments are normally processed and shipped AIR MAIL or Global Priority Mail within 72 hours.  Depending on the country, delivery times can range anywhere from 4 days to 3 weeks.  

  • We don't ship on Saturday or Sunday.  

  • Special orders can be delayed up to 2 months, depending on the supplier. 

How much will I pay for delivery and handling?
Our $5.95 Delivery & Handling is First Class Mail for U.S. Shipments.  
For Priority Processing or Express Mail within the U.S., the D&H charge of $5.95 will be char-ged plus the Priority or Express Mail charge.
Priority Processing is an additional $4.95; Express Mail is an additional $29.
Delivery and Handling on packages mailed to countries other than the U.S. is $5.95 plus approx. 25% of the order subtotal for Air Mail, or 35% for Global Priority Mail.  We do not offer International Express Mail.  
NOTE:  For larger orders, we need to charge an additional amount to cover our postage and mailing costs.  The additional amounts are specified below.

Why do I have to pay $5.95 delivery & handling for 2 bras that cost $16, when it only cost $2.90 for them to be mailed to me?
Our delivery & handling charge is the same for all orders shipped to a U.S. address, regardless of the size of the order.  It's a law of averages. Unfortunately for smaller orders, it may seem a bit high, but it costs us nearly as much for packaging and labor for a small order as a large one.  We also do not charge extra shipping when back-ordered items are shipped (unlike some of the big companies that charge shipping for every package shipped--even though it's not your fault that the item is on back-order.)  And we don't charge shipping to send you any items you order in exchange when you return items to us.
