How do I return something?  
If you find you need to return or exchange an item from your order, simply return it to us in saleable condition with a copy of your order summary within 30 days using the return address label included with your order.  Indicate whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow ten days to two weeks for your return or exchange to be processed.  We will notify you by mail once your return/exchange has been completed.  Please allow up to two billing cycles for any refund to appear on your credit card statement.
For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the merchandise. If you request a replacement item, we do not charge to ship the item to you.
In the unlikely event that we make a mistake on your order or you receive damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

What ever happened to Travis Place, the catalog company in Durham?
Travis Place Briefs created one of the most unique catalogs ever--using "real" women as models and maintaining a sense of humor often in the face of tremendous adversity.  In the early 90's when the U.S. economy met with some major bumps in the road, it affected business and customer's buying habits such that the company could not keep going.  In 1993, they dropped their drawers, so to speak.
