Shipping and Returns
How much is my shipping?
  We ship via the United States Postal Service, First Class or Priority Mail.  Shipping for your order is automatically calculated according to the total of your order prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

•If the items on your order are not in stock at the time your order is placed, there may be a delay of from 5 days to 3 weeks before your order is shipped. We will inform you of the delay by mail.

•We normally ship First Class Mail via the U.S. Postal Service.  If you request Priority Processing and pay the additional cost, your in-stock items will normally be processed and shipped Priority Mail within 48 hours Monday-Friday.  Priority Mail normally takes 2-3 days to arrive after shipment.

•Non-Priority orders are normally processed and shipped First Class Mail within 4 days.  First Class Mail delivery times can range from 2-10 days, depending on where you live.

•International shipments are normally processed and shipped AIR MAIL or Global Priority Mail within 72 hours.  Depending on the country, delivery times can range anywhere from 4 days to 4 weeks.  

•We don't generally ship on Saturday or Sunday.
What is the return policy?
  We trust that you will be happy with your purchase and your shopping experience. Please let us know if you are dissatisfied in any way. If an item does not fit or is not satisfactory, simply return it to us in new and unused condition within 30 days. We'll be happy to exchange it or refund your money. 
Unless there is a problem with your order, delivery charges are not refundable.

How do I return an item?
 

We trust that you will be happy with your purchase and your shopping experience. Please let us know if you are dissatisfied in any way. If an item does not fit or is not satisfactory, simply return it to us in a new and unused condition that has not been worn, washed or damaged within 30 days.  We'll be happy to exchange it or refund your money.  Tags must be attached to the item(s) and a copy of the invoice must accompany the return/exchange. 

Unless there is a problem with your order, delivery charges are nonrefundable.

Underpants and special orders can not be returned.
